This “minney” workbook is designed to help athletes GROW in a fun, safe, and methodical way. Each learning objective in this journal correlates to a learning objective in the Trampoline Fundamentals Textbook. Use this journal to check off each skill and progresion on your trampoline journey and track your progress!

 

When considering an athlete’s skill journey, it is essential to consider the whole athlete. It is vital to take into account the athlete’s physical readiness (i.e. strength, speed, flexibility), mental readiness (i.e. understanding and familiarity with motions, ability to think safely if a mistake is made), emotional readiness (i.e. maturity and risk tolerance), as well as timing and alignment with short and long term goals.
